Romin Favre spent most of his childhood surrounded by the wilderness of the countryside and the mountains. Throughout his upbringing, a camera was a constant companion to him.

His passion for fashion led him to work for Diesel as an art director, overseeing their advertising campaigns for about four years. Subsequently, he co-founded an advertising and graphic design agency, which he remained involved with until 2012.

In that year, Romin decided to fully dedicate himself to photography. He began working for esteemed publications like Cosmopolitan and les Echos, which provided him with the opportunity to showcase his colorful and playful artistic vision. His work often draws inspiration from dreams and childhood memories, seeking to capture and replicate emotions and details instantly within the frame of a portrait or scene. Remarkably, Romin never attended a formal photography school, instead learning to translate his imagination into visual masterpieces.

Over the years, Romin has continued to refine his approach, striving to simplify his photography while retaining its inherent creativity. In addition, he ventured into the world of film direction, skillfully bringing his images to life through motion. Each day, he remains a dedicated learner, keeping his senses attuned to his surroundings, whether it's the hidden depths beneath the surface or the vast expanses of the sky.

His impressive portfolio includes collaborations with prestigious clients such as Chanel, Kenzo, Shiseido, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint-Laurent, Cosmopolitan, John Lewis UK, Accor Hotels, LVMH, Kadewe, Ruinart, Lancôme, Madame Figaro, L’Occitane, Minuty, and Hennessy, among others.
